En este comentario se analiza la situación que se produce cuando durante la tramitación de un expediente de reparcelación se realizan transmisiones de las fincas afectadas, así como las condiciones que han de cumplirse para que resulte posible la inscripción del proyecto y de dichas transmisiones.
Abstract
This comment analyzes the situation that occurs when during the processing of a reparcelling project there are some transfers of the affected plots, as well as the conditions that must be met in order to make possible the registration of the project and the transfers.
