The Critical Review of Real Estate Law, founded in 1925, is dedicated to the study of Civil, Commercial and Real Estate Law, with special attention to all matters related to the Property, Commercial and Personal Property Registry.

It publishes original and unpublished articles and works, which undergo a selection process that guarantees their scientific quality.

The editorial ethics guidelines of the Journal are based on the COPE Guide of Good Practices for Publication Editors.

Those who wish to publish a collaboration in the Journal must create their own access account. If you already have an account, but do not remember your password, the system offers you a link to recover that password.

All works must necessarily comply with the publication rules, which can be consulted in this link
