Resumen
Probablemente, una de las cuestiones más interesantes y que más polémica ha generado a propósito de la figura del precontrato, además de la relativa a su naturaleza jurídica, tiene que ver con las consecuencias jurídicas que suscita, tanto por lo que se refiere a su cumplimiento, toda vez que obliga a las partes que lo suscribieron, cuanto en lo que respecta a su incumplimiento, esto es, cuál es la responsabilidad emanada en el caso de inobservancia de su contenido.
Abstract
Probably one of the most interesting questions and that more polemic it has generated concerning the figure of the contract preliminary, besides the relative one to their artificial nature, she has to do so much with the juridical consequences that it raises, regarding their execution, all time that he forces to the parts that subscribed him, as much as in what concerns to their breach of contract, this is, which the responsibility is emanated in the case of neglect of its content.
