Resumen
En un momento en que la preocupación por el cumplimiento de la legalidad urbanística es creciente e incluso es objeto de la alarma social derivada de los casos de corrupción que son objeto de interés periodístico, resulta interesante analizar los límites entre la eficacia de la disciplina y el control de la legalidad urbanística en relación con los derechos fundamentales y, en particular, con aquellos que figuran protegidos por la Fe Pública Registral.
Abstract
At a time when concern over compliance with urban development laws is growing and is even the object of social alarm roused by cases of corruption that have drawn journalistic interest, it is interesting to analyse the limits between the efficacy of the discipline and control of urban development laws in connection with the fundamental rights, particularly rights protected by conclusive title.
