Resumen
Si bien el haber emprendido negociaciones no genera la obligación de concluir el contrato proyectado, en el caso de ruptura injustificada de las mismas se plantea la necesidad de delimitar cuál sea la naturaleza jurídica de la responsabilidad derivada, lo cual resultará decisivo a la hora de determinar el alcance y extensión de los daños relativos a la indemnización fruto de tal comportamiento.
Abstract
