Resumen
Este estudio aborda un caso resuelto por el Tribunal Supremo, en el que se debió decidir si era conforme a derecho la oposición de una Junta de Propietarios a instalar una silla, brazo o elevador que facilitase el acceso a una piscina a personas con discapacidad. Con motivo de esta consideración se analizan las distintas modificaciones de que han sido objeto los artículos 10, 17, y 18 de la Ley de Propiedad horizontal.
Abstract
This study tackles a case decided by the Supreme Court, in which it was necessary to have decided if there was in accordance with Law, the opposition from a Board of Owners to install a chair, arm or elevator that provides access to a swimming pool to persons with disability. On the occasion of this consideration there are analyzed the various changes that have been articles 10, 17 and 18 of Horizontal Property Law.
