Resumen
Este trabajo tiene por objeto analizar el régimen jurídico de la sucesión nobiliaria respecto de los hijos adoptivos. Estudiamos si deben ser excluidos de la sucesión por el principio de consanguinidad y debe prevalecer el llamamiento a favor de otros parientes colaterales de la misma sangre del fundador. En este sentido, es necesario plantearse si deben aplicarse los principios y mandatos constitucionales por un lado, o debe mantenerse la regulación histórica por otro, no obstante, incluso, la posibilidad de que los títulos nobiliarios pierdan sus rasgos distintivos.
Abstract
This paper aims to examine the legal status of inheritance succession in respect of adopted sons. We study if they should be excluded of the succession by the principle of consanguinity and must prevail the eligibility for other collateral relatives of the same blood of the founder. In this sense, it is necessary to consider if the principles and constitutional mandates are be applied on one side, or the historic regulation should be maintained, however, even the possibility that the noble titles lose their distinctive features.
