Resumen
En este trabajo hemos analizado los problemas relativos a la subsistencia y duración del arrendamiento de vivienda cuando el derecho del arrendador se resuelve con posterioridad al arrendamiento por las causas tipificadas en el artículo 13 de la LAU, exponiendo sus requisitos, las consecuencias jurídicas derivadas de dicha norma y su interpretación jurisprudencial a lo largo de los años.
Abstract
This paper analyses the problems concerning the subsistence and length of a housing lease when the lessor's right is cancelled after the lease is made, for the causes addressed in article 13 of the Urban Leasing Act. The requirements are discussed, as are the legal consequences stemming from said article and its interpretation through case law through the years.
