Resumen
La incorporación al Registro de la Propiedad de herramientas digitales y gráficas permite la descripción de las fincas registrales a través de bases gráficas a las que se pueden incorporar o asociar -sin causar un asiento registral- cualesquiera capas de información territorial. En el presente estudio se pretenden analizar las ventajas que en relación a la seguridad jurídica se puede derivar de la extensión de la calificación registral a esa información territorial asociada a la base gráfica. Asimismo, se examinarán las consecuencias que la información asociada puede tener sobre la praxis registral tradicional.
Abstract
The implementation of digital and graphic tools in the Land Register makes possible the description of registered properties through graphic bases to which several layers with spatial information could be added or associated, without an entry in the Register Books. This research analyzes how the extension of the Registrars' legality check to the spatial information associated to the graphic bases improves legal certainty. Likewise, the consequences that the associated information may have on the traditional vision of the Land Register will be highlighted.
