Resumen
El principio general de derecho del interés del menor se establece como principio general prioritario frente a otros. En este pequeño estudio se aborda el análisis de este principio general en el que se incardinan los derechos fundamentales relativos al menor desde los diferentes órganos judiciales establecidos para la defensa de los derechos e intereses legítimos del menor y la tutela de esos derechos e intereses legítimos en relación con las Leyes internas (nacionales y autonómicas) y con el Derecho comunitario y los demás principios generales con los que podría colisionar.
Abstract
The general principle of law in the child´s interest is established as one of the utmost priority. This brief study deals with the analysis of the general principle in which the fundamental rights of minors are embodied. This is done from the point of view of different courts established to defend the legitimate rights and interest of the child, the protection of those and their compliance within national, regional and community laws and any other general principles they might conflict with.
