Resumen
Se pretende analizar las principales novedades introducidas en la regulación de los arrendamientos rústicos por la Ley 26/2005, de 30 de noviembre, que modifica la LAR de 2003, siguiendo la línea ya iniciada por leyes anteriores tendentes a la flexibilización del régimen de los mismos, destacando los aspectos registrales y sus principales innovaciones.
Abstract
This article seeks to analyse the primary new features in the regulation of rural leases as introduced by Act 26/ 2005 of 30 November amending the Urban Leasing Act of 2003. The new law follows the fresh line set by previous laws, which tend to give the procedure greater flexibility. The registration-related aspects and main innovations of the new law are highlighted.
