Resumen
Una de las instituciones que han venido alcanzando protagonismo en nuestros días es la figura del precontrato, dada su presencia en la práctica y su incuestionable utilidad. No obstante, ha de ser deslindada de otros institutos que nos puedan llevar al equívoco y, sobre todo, clarificar cuál es su naturaleza jurídica, lo que nos conducirá a entender sus posibles consecuencias jurídicas.
Abstract
One of the institutions that have come reaching protagonism in our days is the figure of the contract preliminary, given their presence in the practice and their unquestionable utility. Nevertheless, it must be delimited of other institutes that can take us to the misunderstanding and, mainly, to clarify which their artificial nature is, what will lead us to understand its possible juridical consequences.
