Resumen
Tanto el Registro de la Propiedad Inmueble como el Catastro existen para publicar situaciones relativas a los inmuebles. El Registro publica y protege los actos y contratos por los cuales se constituyen, modifican o extinguen derechos sobre inmuebles y el Catastro funge como inventario de la riqueza inmobiliaria de una nación. No obstante, ejercer las facultades del dominio arbitrariamente sobre un espacio físico indeterminado es absurdo, por ello, el Registro procura siempre acercarse cada vez más a la representación gráfica y exacta del Catastro. Las fincas inscritas en aras proteger los derechos reales sobre inmuebles requieren un soporte material que pueda distinguirse de los demás soportes materiales en el espacio.
Abstract
Both the Registry of Deeds and the Land Registry to publish situations exist concerning the properties. The Register publishes and protects acts and contracts which constitute modify or extinguish property rights and Cadastre serves as inventory of real wealth of a nation. However, exercise the powers of the domain arbitrarily on an unspecified physical space is absurd; therefore, the Registry seeks always closer and closer to the graphics and accurate representation of the Land Registry. The registered farms in order to protect the interests in land required a support material that can be distinguished from other material support in space.
