Resumen
Debe realizarse una interpretación correctora de la Ley del Registro Civil de 1957, en la línea de la LRC de 2011, aún no en vigor, ya que sus aspectos sustantivos son conformes a los principios constitucionales y a los principios generales del ordenamiento jurídico. Por ello el orden de los apellidos debe concretarse atendiendo al principio del interés superior del menor.
Abstract
Corrective interpretation of the Civil Registration Act of 1957 should be done in line with the Civil Registration Act of 2011, not yet in force, since its substance comply with the constitutional principles and the general principles of law. Therefore, the order of surnames must be specified in response to the principle of the best interests of the child.
