Resumen
La hipoteca en el sistema legal peruano, aunque regulada en el Código Civil, es el registro de las decisiones del Tribunal que han permitido estudiarla a profundidad. Su importancia económica, cómo se constituye, el desarrollo y la extinción de la hipoteca son materia de desarrollo de este texto, con el fin de tener una mirada completa y general de esta figura en el sistema legal peruano.
Abstract
The mortgage in the Peruvian legal system, although regulated in the Civil Code, it is the registry Tribunal decisions which have allowed further study. Its economic importance, how its constituted, development and extinction of the mortgage are a matter of development of this text, in order to have a complete and general look of the figure in the Peruvian legal system.
