Resumen
La evolución del concepto de convivencia marital conlleva la consideración de la existencia y continuidad de una relación sentimental similar a la marital, pero si antes era requisito prioritario la cohabitación de carácter permanente y estable, el cambio se produce en la ausencia de convivencia de forma permanente y en la misma vivienda, pues se considera prioritario la existencia de la relación afectiva o sentimental.
Abstract
As the concept of shared marital living has evolved, a sentimental relationship similar to the marital relationship has come to be seen as existing, and on a permanent basis. While ongoing, stable cohabitation was once a top-priority requirement, however, things have now changed in the absence of a permanent arrangement for shared living in the same home, because the existence of the affective or sentimental relationship is held to take priority.
