Resumen
Desde hace mucho tiempo sigue siendo una cuestión debatida decidir el momento en que comienza a regir el régimen matrimonial de comunidad absoluta del denominado Fuero del Baylío. Recientemente, la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado, en su resolución de 6 de mayo de 2015, cree que aquel comienza con la disolución del matrimonio. En cambio, el autor de este comentario considera que son muchas las razones para creer que aquel régimen comienza con la misma celebración del matrimonio; y cree, en cualquier caso, que la cuestión está todavía abierta al debate ante la inexistencia sobre ella de verdadera jurisprudencia, que solo podría proceder del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Extremadura.
Abstract
Longtime remains a debated issue decide when it begins to govern the matrimonial regime of absolute community called Charter of Baylío. Recently, the Directorate General of Registries and Notaries, in its resolution of May 6, 2015, believes that begins with the dissolution of marriage. Instead, the author of this comment believes that there are many reasons to believe that that regime begins with the same celebration of the marriage; and believes, in any case, the question is still open to debate in the absence of her real jurisprudence, which could only proceed from the High Court of Extremadura.
