Resumen
El convenio arbitral y el laudo deben ofrecer un contenido mínimo para que puedan ser calificados por el registrador y acceder así a los Registros de la Propiedad y Mercantil. Siendo numerosos los autores que estudian el arbitraje, pocos centran su atención en la calificación registral de los títulos arbitrales presentados con este motivo y tampoco lo tratan el Derecho registral -que apenas le dedica un único precepto-, ni la Ley de Arbitraje (2003-2011); más aún, la escasa producción de laudos en nuestro país tampoco invita a discutir la cuestión.
Abstract
Arbitration agreement and arbitration award shall contain a minimum of information in order to make possible their inscription in the Landor Commercial registry, after their examination by the registrar. Given the fact that not many arbitrations are managed in Spain, and that both Spanish registral regulation and Arbitration Law (2003-2011) only devote one single article to this issue, very few authors have focused on this issue.
