Resumen
Tras la grave crisis del mercado inmobiliario, la CEOE señalaba en su informe de octubre de 2016 que ya se ha incrementado el número de transacciones de inmuebles pero advierte de la necesidad de creación de obra nueva. La cesión de solar a cambio de obra cuenta con grandes beneficios tanto para cedente como para cesionario, sin embargo, dado el posible desequilibrio existente entre ambos, debe protegerse especialmente la posición del cedente que se desprende inicialmente de su propiedad para adquirir en un futuro pisos o locales.

After the severe crisis in the real estate market, the CEOE stated in its October 2016 report that the number of real estate transactions has already increased but warns of the need to create new construction.
