Resumen
La jurisprudencia de la Sala Primera del Tribunal Supremo se está pronunciando continuamente sobre cuestiones diversas que tienen como objetivo fundamental la obligación del progenitor del pago de la pensión de alimentos a los hijos. Son continuos los intentos de evitar dicho pago aludiendo diversas cuestiones, cada vez más creativas.
Abstract
The jurisprudence of the Supreme Court is being pronounced continuously on diverse issues that have as fundamental objective the obligation of the parent of the payment of maintenance to the children. Attempts to avoid such payment are continuous, alluding to various issues, increasingly creative.
