Resumen
El presente comentario tiene por objeto realizar una aproximación al estudio de la lesión de los derechos al honor, a la intimidad y a la propia imagen, en particular de las intromisiones ilegítimas cuando tienen como protagonista a los menores de edad.
Centrándonos en analizar, brevemente, un tema muy concreto, el resarcimiento del daño moral, por ser una de las cuestiones de más interés que presenta esta materia, pero sin olvidar hacer referencia también a otros mecanismos de defensa que existen para reparar estos daños y poner fin a las intromisiones ilegítimas.
Abstract
This commentary attempts to approach the study of injury to the right of honour, the right of privacy and the right of self-image, particularly in illegitimate interference when the person at issue is under legal age.
We focus on briefly analysing a very specific topic, compensation for mental anguish, as this is one of the most interesting issues of this subject, but we do not fail to refer also to other defensive mechanisms that do exist for redressing such damage and putting an end to illegitimate interference.
