Resumen
Incumplimiento del requisito de veracidad, exigible al llamado periodismo de investigación, no siendo admisible la ausencia de verificación por el hecho de haberse grabado el reportaje mediante cámara oculta. Ausencia de indagación por los autores para verificar o comprobar lo dicho por algunas de las personas que fueron grabadas con cámara oculta.
Abstract
Breach of the requirement of veracity, which can be required of so-called "investigative journalism". Non-verification due to the story's having been recorded on a hidden camera is not admissible. No investigation by the authors to verify or check what is said by some of the persons recorded on the hidden camera.
