Resumen
Las cláusulas de vencimiento anticipado que se incorporan a un contrato de préstamo hipotecario, como obligaciones accesorias al mismo, pretenden la ejecución adelantada de dicho préstamo, por lo que merece que se reflexione sobre su validez, y sobre todo sobre la posibilidad de su inscripción en el Registro de la Propiedad.
Abstract
When early maturity clauses are written into mortgage loan agreements as accessory obligations to the agreement, they seek early foreclosure on the loan, so some reflection should be devoted to their validity and, above all, the possibility of registering them in the Property Registry.
