Resumen
Se analizan las novedades introducidas en la Ley 13/2015 respecto de la identificación gráfica de las fincas en el Registro de la Propiedad y su coordinación con el Catastro. También es objeto de estudio la doctrina de la DGRN para facilitar la aplicación práctica de la Ley.
Abstract
This paper analyses the novelties introduced by 13/2015 Act regarding the graphic identification of real estate properties registered in the Real Estate Registry and the graphic identification’s coordination with equivalents in cadastral parcels. We also study the doctrine from the Directorate of Registries and Notaries to make esier the practical aplication of the new Act.
