Resumen
La mera convivencia que no ha constituido una comunidad económica de bienes y que se extinguió antes de que el demandado adquiriese el boleto de lotería que resultó premiado, no posibilita que el premio sea común, ni siquiera aplicando la teoría del enriquecimiento injusto.
Abstract
Mere cohabitation without constituting a community property regime over economic assets, with cessation of cohabitation before the defendant purchased a winning lottery ticket, is not grounds for shared ownership of the prize, not even under the theory of unjust enrichment.
