Resumen
La intención del presente trabajo no es otra que realizar un repaso sobre la figura de la doble venta, sin olvidar la relación que le une a la teoría del título y el modo. Precisamente, a través del análisis de la razón de ser del artículo 1473 del Código Civil en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico y de las notas que caracterizan el precepto, a saber, la exigencia de buena fe y la posesión.
Abstract
The intention of the present work is none other than to review the figure of the double sale, without forgetting the relationship that unites it with the theory of the title and the mode. Precisely, through the analysis of the reason of article 1473 of the Civil Code in our legal system and the notes that characterise the precept, namely, the requirement of good faith and possession.
