Resumen
El autor realiza en este trabajo un estudio de la intervención del Ministerio Fiscal en los distintos supuestos previstos en la legislación hipotecaria y en su reglamento, tales como hipotecas legales, expedientes de dominio, actas de notoriedad, expedientes de liberación de cargas y materia urbanística, entre otras.
Abstract
In this paper the author conducts a study of the role of the Public Prosecutor's Office in the different issues addressed by mortgage legislation and related regulatory measures, such as statutory mortgages, proceedings to establish ownership, certificates of general knowledge of ownership, encumbrance removal proceedings and land planning matters.
