Resumen
La reserva de dominio es la cláusula inserta en el contrato de compraventa a plazos de bienes muebles por la que el vendedor conserva la propiedad de la cosa hasta el completo pago por el comprador. Es la garantía más utilizada en el ámbito mercantil español. La reserva de dominio despliega toda su eficacia en los supuestos de concurso del vendedor y comprador.
Abstract
The reservation of property is the clause inserted in the sales contract in instalments of personal property by which the seller keeps the ownership of the asset until the complete payment by the buyer. It is the guarantee more used in the Spanish commercial ambit. The reservation of property unfolds all its effectiveness on the suppositions of bankruptcy proceedings of buyer and seller.
