Resumen
A pesar de que los Códigos Civiles han regulado el saneamiento por vicios ocultos en sede de compraventa, la experiencia ha puesto de manifiesto sus puntos débiles al no resolver algunos de los problemas que pretendía subsanar, lo que sin duda alguna ha de justificar la necesidad de propugnar cambios significativos en la regulación a fin de obtener mayor eficacia jurídica del comprador.
Abstract
Although the civil Codes have regulated the cleaning by hidden vices in transaction seat, the experience has shown its weak points when not solving some of the problems that it tried to correct, which without a doubt some has to justify the necessity to advocate changes significant in the regulation in order to obtain greater legal effectiveness of the buyer.
