Resumen
En esta segunda parte se proponen tres escenarios o tres vías distintas para articular con arreglo al Derecho vigente la adaptación al Registro de la Propiedad de los derechos de dominio y cargas sobre edificios, pisos y locales. El primer camino implica la realización de las operaciones lógicas, paso por paso, para constatar en el Registro los diferentes actos jurídicos a realizar con ese fin. El segundo consiste en comprimir los trámites del procedimiento anterior, lo cual será posible muchas veces. Estas dos vías pueden ser emprendidas por los propietarios en ejercicio de la autonomía de la voluntad. El tercero implica la intervención de la Administración pública en mayor o menor medida.
Abstract
In this second chapter three different scenarios or ways are proposed to assemble the adaptation in accordance with law into force of the ownership and encumbrances over buildings and apartments. The first way involves the realization of the logic operations, step by step, to enter Land Registry the different legal acts to carry out for this purpose. The second one consist of compressing the previous proceedings, what it will be often possible. These both ways can be run by owners acting autonomously their will. The third one implies an intervention of the Public Ad- ministrations to a greater or lesser extent.
