Resumen
En el presente trabajo se hace una reflexión para intentar de futuro plantearse la obligatoriedad de la inscripción en el Registro Mercantil también para aquellas explotaciones agrarias que no revistan una determinada personalidad jurídica, pero entren dentro de la calificación de empresa, justificado por las importantes ventajas que de ello se derivarían para la modernización y evolución del Derecho agrario y la agricultura.
Abstract
This paper deals with the future possibility of considering the mandatory inscription in the Companies Registry also for those agricultural exploitations with no legal personality but that fall into the description of business or businessmen. This proposal is justified due to the important advantages of this proposal for the modernisation and evolution of agricultural law and agriculture itself.
