Resumen
Debe tenerse en consideración los ingresos que obtiene la pareja sentimental del alimentante y que coadyuvarán a sufragar la pensión, a fin de otorgar la pensión a favor de la hija común y a cargo del padre. La guarda y custodia se atribuye a la madre, ya que la relación entre los progenitores no permite el establecimiento de la guarda y custodia compartida.
Abstract
When the daughter of a separated couple is granted support payments payable by her father, the income earned by the payer's partner, which will help go toward the support payments, must be taken into consideration.
