Resumen
La Ley 13/2015 ha supuesto una de las modificaciones más extensas de la Ley Hipotecaria, desde 1946. Siguiendo con el propósito de elaborar una interpretación evolutiva de la Ley 13/2015 y su repercusión sobre los principios hipotecarios, que nos trazamos en el primero de los artículos de esta serie, tratamos en esta quinta entrega, sobre las repercusiones geográficas del principio de tracto sucesivo, derivado del encadenamiento de titularidades del derecho y de las vicisitudes por las que atraviesa el mismo en el folio registral, para que sea indiscutida la titularidad y el objeto del derecho que el asiento proclama.
Abstract
Law 13/2015 has been one of the most extensive modifications of the Mortgage Law, since 1946. Continuing with the purpose of elaborating an evolutionary interpretation of Law 13/2015 and its repercussion on the mortgage principles, which we outlined in the first of the articles in this series, in this fifth installment we deal with the geographical repercussions of the principle of successive tract, derived from the chain of ownership of the right and the vicissitudes that it goes through in the registry folio, so that the ownership and the object of the right that the seat proclaims.
