Resumen
El Registro de la Propiedad no es una institución fija, sino que ha ido evolucionando desde 1861. La función y relevancia de la finca no ha sido uniforme a lo largo del tiempo, ya que ha pasado de ser una realidad secundaria, en la primera Ley Hipotecaria, al eje central del actual sistema. En este artículo se lleva a cabo un análisis histórico de la relevancia de la finca registral en el entramado tabular y cómo ha cambiado la perspectiva del Registro de la Propiedad.
Abstract
The Property Register isn't fixed institution, but it has been developed since 1861. The function and importance of the registered property hasn't been uniform over time. In the first Mortgage Act it was secondary, but now is the central core of the registration system. This paper deals a historical analysis about the meaning of the registered property and how it has changed the whole Property Register.
