La partición de la herencia ha de comprender la totalidad de los bienes y derechos que forman parte de la misma, si bien en numerosas ocasiones se hace una partición parcial que posteriormente deberá ser completada. Puede hacerla el testador, ser contractual o realizarla el contador partidor.
Abstract
Estate partition must encompass all property and rights belonging to the estate, although on numerous occasions there is a partial partition that must later be supplemented until the entire estate has been partitioned. Partial partitions may be done by the testator, they may be done by contract or they may be done by the partitioner.
