Resumen
En este comentario se examinan las implicaciones de la reforma de la Ley de Suelo recientemente operada sobre la doctrina tradicional de la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado relativa a los requisitos para la inscripción de las declaraciones de obra nueva, especialmente en cuanto a la exigibilidad de la licencia de primera ocupación y a la inscripción de edificios fuera de ordenación.
Abstract
The recent Land Act reform has had implications for the legal stance traditionally taken by the Directorate-General of Registries and Notarial Affairs regarding requirements for the registration of declarations of new construction, especially with respect to the needfulness of a first-occupancy permit and the registration of buildings that fail to comply with zoning laws that were passed after their construction.
