Análisis crítico de la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Supremo sobre la legítima.
Se estudian los conceptos de computación, atribución, imputación y colación porque, según el Supremo, a menudo se producen confusiones entre los mismos. Asimismo se analiza la acción de suplemento de legítima en la jurisprudencia.
Abstract
Critical analysis of Supreme Court jurisprudence concerning the portion of a decedent's estate that is reserved for the heir or heirs. The concepts of calculation, assignment, credit and collation are studied, because, according to the Supreme Court, they are often confused with one another. Moreover, case law on action to supplement the reserved portion is analysed.
