Resumen
La capitalidad de Valencia en la II República tiene lugar en plena guerra Civil, con los registros de la Propiedad en gran parte asaltados e incluso quemados. del estudio de las normas publicadas en la gaceta de Madrid primero y especialmente en la gaceta de la república, se observa un esfuerzo por normalizar la institución, y una clara evidencia de su valoración positiva como instrumento dinamizador de la economía. Se estudian las razones de la supresión y recuperación de la dirección general de los registros y del notariado, en el seno del Ministerio de Justicia.
Abstract
The capitality of Valencia during the 2nd Republic takes place in the midst of the Civil War, with many property registries assaulted and even burnt. From the study of the norms first published in the «Gaceta de Madrid» and espe- cially in the «Gaceta de la República», both an effort to normalize the institution and clear evidence of its positive value as an economy invigorating institution can be observed. We study the reasons for the suppression and recovery of the «General Directory of the Land Registries and Notaries» amidst the Justice Ministry.
