Resumen
La Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado ha aceptado la inscripción de opciones de compra de aprovechamiento en relación con fincas afectadas por una actuación sistemática, por ejemplo, a desarrollar por el sistema de compensación, siempre que esté suficientemente identificado el objeto de la opción, aun cuando no se conozca la cifra exacta de unidades de aprovechamiento ni existan las fincas de reemplazo sobre las que tiene que recaer.
Abstract
The Directorate-General of Registries and Notarial Affairs has accepted the registration of options to buy the use of properties for which there is a systematic method of action, e.g., action through a compensation system, provided that the object of the option is identified thoroughly enough, even when it is not known exactly how many units of use there are or whether the replacement properties that the compensation system must employ exist.
