Resumen
La Resolución que se comenta distingue claramente entre la afección de las fincas de origen al cumplimiento de los deberes inherentes al sistema de actuación urbanística elegido y la afección de las fincas de resultado al cumplimiento de la obligación de urbanizar.
Abstract
The decision commented on in this article distinguishes clearly between the encumbrance of properties originating from compliance with duties inherent in the chosen system of urban planning and the encumbrance of properties as a result of compliance with the obligation to develop land.
