Resumen
La actualización de los títulos de propiedad en Cuba resulta ser un proceso necesario y pertinente tanto para el Estado como para los propietarios, garantizándose por el primero el reordenamiento y control de la propiedad personal, y por los segundos, la posibilidad de lograr un estatus jurídico que les procure la protección de sus bienes ante terceros pero también la posibilidad de ejercitar sus derechos de propiedad sin perturbación alguna, ostentándose por las nuevas regulaciones jurídicas en materia inmobiliaria insuficiencias normativas que afectan la celeridad en los trámites presentados por la población y la ulterior inscripción de su título de dominio en el Registro de la Propiedad.
Abstract
The upgrade of the titles of property in Cuba turns out to be a necessary and pertinent process as much for the state as for the proprietors, being guaranteed by the first one the classification and control of the personal property, and for the seconds, the possibility to achieve a juridical status that offers them the protection of its goods before third but also the possibility to exercise its rights of property without interference some, being shown by the new juridical regulations in matter real estate normative inadequacies that affect the velocity in the steps presented by the population and the ulterior inscription of its domain title in the Registration of the Property.
