Resumen
En este comentario se analiza el tratamiento jurídico de las fincas incluidas parcialmente en un ámbito sujeto a reparcelación y las diferentes posibilidades de transmitir a un tercero los derechos sobre la parte interior para su consideración en el correspondiente proyecto de equidistribución, como son la segregación de la finca por el propio proyecto o anterior a él, la técnica del aprovechamiento urbanístico o la transmisión de cuotas indivisas.
Abstract
This comment analyzes the legal treatment of plots partially included in an area subject to plot-redivision and the different possibilities of selling the internal part to a third party for consideration in the corresponding plot-redivision Project, such as the segregation of the plot by the Project itself or prior to it, the technique of the urban development rights or the sale of percentages of ownership.
