En este comentario se analizan los requisitos de los actos administrativos de naturaleza urbanística para su acceso al Registro de la Propiedad así como de las certificaciones administrativas que documentan tales actos, en particular el requisito de firmeza del acto.
Abstract
Analysis of the requirements of the administrative acts of planning and development nature in order to acces to the Land Registry, and the requirements of the administrative certification of this kind of acts, specially the firmness of the act.
