Resumen
La figura del promotor inmobiliario ha irrumpido de lleno en el ámbito de la construcción tras su inclusión en la Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación como uno de los agentes que intervienen en el proceso constructivo, llegando incluso a asumir el mayor grado de responsabilidad que el resto de los agentes intervinientes, ya que responde solidariamente con cualquiera de ellos a los que se les pueda imputar los vicios, defectos o la ruina de un edificio.
Abstract
The construction field is awash with real estate developers now that the Construction Planning Act regards the developer as one of the major players participating in the construction process.
A real estate developer may even assume more liability than all the rest of the players, because the developer is severally liable with any other player who may be held responsible for the flaws, defects or ruin of a building.
