Resumen
En cuanto a los datos personales revelados por el periodista -las iniciales del agresor y de la demandante, que esta tenía dos hijas, el tiempo de convivencia con el agresor, la barriada en la que vivía-, no permitían la identificación de la demandante fuera de su ámbito más íntimo y, además, venían referidos al núcleo de la información divulgada.
Abstract
The personal data revealed by the journalist (the initials of the attacker and the plaintiff, the fact that the plaintiff had two daughters, the amount of time she lived with the attacker, the district in which she lived) did not enable the plaintiff to be identified outside her immediate personal sphere, and, in addition, they referred to the core information that was released.
