Resumen
El derecho de acrecer es un fenómeno jurídico que tiene su sede natural en la sucesión mortis causa, lo que unido a la complejidad que supone la traslación a los negocios inter vivos de los presupuestos que conforman el derecho de acrecer, así como la diferente configuración, estructura y funcionamiento de esta clase de negocios, hacen inviable todo intento de construcción de una teoría general del acrecimiento en los negocios inter vivos.
Abstract
The is a legal phenomenon that has its natural place in the succession mortis causa, which together with the complexity of the transfer inter vivos businesses budgets that comprise the right of accretion, and the different configuration, structure and operation of this kind of business, make impracticable any attempt to construct a general theory of accretion in business inter vivos.
