Resumen
En este trabajo hemos analizado, desde el punto de vista doctrinal y jurisprudencial, la cuestión relativa a la consideración del arrendamiento como acto de administración o de disposición, lo cual reviste gran trascendencia práctica, ya que difiere su régimen jurídico y la capacidad exigida para su realización.
Abstract
In this paper the issue of regarding letting as an act of administration or disposal is analysed from the standpoint of accepted legal thought and case law. The question is of vast practical importance, because it changes the applicable set of laws and the capacity required of a party to a lease.
