Resumen
Sobre la base de la determinación por la LOE de las funciones y de la responsabilidad derivada de las mismas de todos los agentes que intervienen en el proceso constructivo, y en especial la del arquitecto, técnico que hace el proyecto de la obra y que dirige la dirección facultativa de la misma, se intenta concretar el ámbito de su responsabilidad y los distintos tipos de responsabilidad en los que puede incurrir.
Abstract
On the basis of the Construction Act's definition of the functions of all the parties involved in the construction process and the liability stemming from those functions, especially for the architect who draws up the plans and directs the construction, this paper endeavours to map out the exact liability of the architect and the different kinds of liability the architect may incur.
