Resumen
El Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid confirma la doctrina de la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado sobre el régimen del silencio administrativo en relación con los actos administrativos de naturaleza urbanística.
Así lo hace por entender que lo dispuesto en los artículos 23.2 y 246.2 de la Ley del Suelo de 1992 ha quedado superado por la regulación dispuesta en la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, según la reforma debida a la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero.
Abstract
The High Court of Justice of Madrid confirms the doctrine of the Directorate- General of Registries and Notarial Affairs concerning administrative silence in connection with administrative acts having to do with urban development. It has given to believe that the terms of articles 23.2 and 246.2 of the 1992 Land Act are crushed by the regulation set down in Act 30/1992 of 26 November, according to the reform due to Act 4/1999 of 13 January.
