Resumen
En el presente estudio se trata de analizar las resoluciones jurisprudenciales que nuestros Tribunales se han visto abocados a dictaminar para paliar los principales conflictos que surgen de la ruptura en las uniones de hecho y, que son tanto los concernientes a la liquidación y atribución de bienes adquiridos, como el reparto de la ganancia generada por ambas partes o una sola durante el tiempo de convivencia. Y, ello debido a la ausencia de normativa estatal que prevea estas situaciones, como a la verdadera dispersión y diferenciación que las disposiciones legislativas autonómicas han promulgado al respecto.
Abstract
This survey aims at examining the judgments that have been passed in our courts in order to alleviate the main clashes which appear when a fact couple breaks up. Those clashes refer as much to the liquidation and ascription of joint assets as to the distribution of profits yielded by one or both of the parties during the period of cohabitation. This fact is due as much to the lack of state regulations which could foresee these situations as to the current scattering and differentiation of regulations that regional bodies have promulgated on this matter.
